I have a mortgage with Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati. Starting in June, 2005, Fifth Third used an incorrect parcel number to pay taxes on someone's property out of my escrow account. They did this three times and thereby created a $1000 deficit in my escrow account. I found the problem myself in June, 2006, when I was informed that my monthly mortgage

payment would increase to make up for the deficit. From June 20, 2006 until July 15, 2006, Fifth Third has still not corrected the problem.
