I am completely disgusted with the poor attempt to provide customer service when I recently called to notify the local rental car counter that my daughters purse was left in the car we returned less than an hour ago.
Let me provide you with a simplistic breakdown of the chain of events as they occurred that are a direct result of my feelings toward your company.
Thursday, July 6, 2006 returned PT cruiser convertible to the Ft. Lauderdale Alamo location at 3:49pm.
Thursday, July 6, 2006 phoned local counter within an hour of dropping the car off to let the person know of the situation. I expressed to her (Natasha) that my daughters purse that was left in the car was not a $20.00 loss, it was more like a $500.00 loss as there was a cell phone, wallet with about $40 - $50 in it, a 20 gig color iPod, sunglasses, and gum. I continued to describe to her the color and size as well as where it was left in the car (rear window passenger side).
