I placed an order for a FULL Chatham bed frame set, Headboard, footboard and rails in early July 2006. July 13th, 2006, only the headboard arrived. Upon calling Sears.com (800-349-4358), they said that there was a mistake on the website and that I did indeed, order just the headboard. At my time of purchase, there was only one selection for $229.00 and it was the full set. A supervisor told me that I should have read their disclaimer that states, "Sears reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to you." I have called and spoken to 3 supervisors and they are unwilling to help or refer me to their supervisors or a corporate number where I can talk to someone. They are loosing hundreds of dollars of my business by doing this. I entered into a legal transaction and now they are unwilling to fill the order. They have offered to pick-up this item, but I have missed work to be home for the delivery and even offered to buy additional furnature if they simply complete my original order. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (tracking number 97567-D57A4-8F478-6A65E-FABEE-AF3A0-FB). Joshua
