Hello,

I sent an email to Fujifilm customer service Canada regarding a defective batch of a 10 pack of dvdR. I was told to mail 2 of my dvd for examination and possible replacement which I did on May 9th. To date despite 3 email's asking the outcome of their findings, All email's have been ignored. I am appalled that a company well established such as Fujifilm have such a poor customer care.

Here was their answer on May 8th

Any sugestion on how to proceed to reach someone that actually care enough to at least reply.

Dear Monique Thank you for your e-mail. To assist further, please forward a couple of your DVD's to our office for examination. Also provide details with errors or difficulties you are experiencing.
