fujifilm video dvd+r 4.7 gb/120 minutes fujifilm video dvd+r 4.7 gb/120 minutes July 14, 2006 Hello, I sent an email to Fujifilm customer service Canada regarding a defective batch of a 10 pack of dvdR. I was told to mail 2 of my dvd for examination and possible replacement which I did on May 9th. To date despite 3 email's asking the outcome of their findings, All email's have been ignored. I am appalled that a company well established such as Fujifilm have such a poor customer care. Here was their answer on May 8th Any sugestion on how to proceed to reach someone that actually care enough to at least reply. Thanks Monique . Dear Monique Thank you for your e-mail. To assist further, please forward a couple of your DVD's to our office for examination. Also provide details with errors or difficulties you are experiencing. Once we have examined your product, we will provide you with a Technical response along with replacements if necessary.
