Publish Clearing House, phoned me on 7/14/2006 8pm and insisted that I order some magazines. I clearly told them that I was not going to pay for anything. They became very pushy until I hung up the phone. I was told that they would call me all might because they get paid by the hour and the want to know why I was canceling an order that I had not placed. This concerns me because I can only imagine how they would treat a senior citizen. No means No. I told them that I hope the conversation is being recorded because they were rude and did not care about their customer service or satisfaction. As a representative of PCH they are really making the company look bad. The number 1866-221-3435 from Las Vegas. I did not know what to do so I hope you can put the pressure on them or tell me what action I can take.
