I would like to draw your attention that your operator's not giving proper service ? when you ring they say you will allowed 14 minutes , but there is no response from other end how come ? what they should do get the other party on the line and connect that will be better , please check your card

no. 191-3ss-ssss and advise up till 8.55pm there was no connection at at all and money being deducted .
