Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines ship named Monarch of the Sea

On April 24, 2006, I was on a Royal Caribbean Cruise from Long Beach, CA to Ensenada, MX. My friend was sexually assaulted and I became so stressed that I returned home before my vacation ended. I reported this to the cruise lines and their only response was to offer me a "discounted " cruise. I was treated as a criminal and followed by a cruise employee. We were delayed leaving the ship at each port due to the ship flagging my friends card. We were shunned by other passengers that did not know what was happening. I had to pay an additional $100 to return home due to the stress flaring my medical problems. It was not what was advertised as a fun cruise. It took over a month of repeated calls to even get a response.
