Sears Canada In 2002 we purchased a Sears Kenmore Fridge model 106 61912101 serial number EM0836295 from a Sears Store at Kingsway Mall in Edmonton Alberta Canada. On July 17 2006 the fridge broke down blowing hot air. We called the service department 1-800-469-4663 We were promised service but the service man never showed up. We want to post a warning about this defective product and deficient service.
