REFRIGERATOR F 30 DLX MODEL NO. 8885

Dear Customer Service Manager,

I had purchased F 30 DLX refrigerator Sl. No. INA 051603403 on 22 May 05. I have also taken Home Care Plan No. HGO 2174486 valid upto 2012 The door handle was broken in July 05 and was replaced

on 01 Aug 05. Again the same handle was broken on 4 July 06 and once again same was replaced on 08 July 06 with a payment of Rs 125=00. The Service Engr also put some double sided tape in the door gasket resulting NO COOLING IN THE REFRIGERATOR. My Complaint No. 2414 dated 04 July 06. Since then I am requesting call centre to send some senior service Engineer but till then no body has

come. I had also spoken to Mr Sandeep Sandhu Service Engr but no result. At present there is no cooling in the fridge and it has beome a Almirah. I had also written to VP(Consumer Services) but there is no reply. I was told that in thses models the material of door handle is not strong enough and now Whirlpool has

modified the same. This is the last time I would request to change the door itself with modified handle.

I AM THE MOST UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF YOURS AND PLANNING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM. BECAUSE I HAD MADE A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT. KINDLY REPLY.
