heat and air. home

have been trying to get a date for instulation and keep getting the run around.we purchased the heat and air about two or three weeks ago and can't get any one to give a date to install.all we want is some idea when we can expect it to be installed,we were told when we purchased the unit that it would take no less than two weeks and we would be given a date for install .

Have called 336-272-5sss serval times and told that someone would get back with me have not heard from anyone.All we want is a date so we can plan on someone being here,I don't think that is to much to ask . thank you Frank and Susan
