Direct Satellite Network - surround sound system never received-it's been 1 year

Direct Satellite Network was an authorized dealer for Direct TV. I was promised a surround sound when signing up with direct tv. To date (9/8/05), I have yet to receive the system. It's been almost 1 year. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls with no success (disconnects, no managers available, no advice to give, etc). I also paid $100 for a warranty to replace damaged receivers, remotes & equipment. Sound like the dealier is out of business. Can't get any service. Direct TV tells me that there is not much they can do as far as reimbursement. Also noticed many of the same complaints posted at complaint.com.

Please help.
