ACN Jewelry Television I purchased a 14K gold Michael Anthony watch from Jewelry TV. When the watch arrived it did not have a manufacturer's warranty included. I called customer services and was told that the watches did NOT include a manufacturer's warranty, but Jewelry TV had a "policy" that would allow me to return the watch for 1 yr. I asked where this policy/warranty was stated and what did it cover? There was no documentation included with the watch. I requested a written notification of jewelry TV's "POLICY" and they seemed puzzled. By the way during the presentation the show hosts never indicated that the watches did not come with a warranty. We have been dealing with customer service for 4 days. The person we spoke to Fred Asher is no longer accepting or returning calls.
