Subject: complaint against supplier-notice

Sir,

our society purchased a water purifier from your authorised franchisee center "Shree Gurudev Aqua neer sales $ services Datia(M.P.)". But from last six month i am getting problem in your machine . it is not supplying the water, there is some problem inside that machine. we have made complaint many times , but there is no responce from your supplier side. i was interested in your company just because of your services, but the result is just opposite to my expactation. aftermaking many calls , they just say ,i am coming. in starting they say they continuously provide better services.

if you will not take any action, and won't provide services properly withing a week , then we will go in court without any prior information
