I purchased a multifunction remote control from our local Radio Shack that also downloads TV schedules from an internet site. In the last several weeks the ability to download schedules has ceased. I have sent several E-mails detailing the problems encountered and quoting the error messages received but have received no replies. I wondered if this site is no longer supported?

It's past time to thin the herd!
