Giftcertificates.com I placed an order late last night for $30.00 of AMC movie tickets as a Birthday gift for a friend. After 45 minutes, their web site was still saying that I had no orders in my "history." After one hour, it STILL said I had no orders in my history, so I redid the order. This morning I got a notice that both orders had been processed. This happened only 8 hours ago yet when I called the company, they refused to refund one of the charges, saying that both orders had been proceessed and there was nothing they could do. I spoke to a supervisor who refused to tell me her last name. Her first name was Christie. She said the web site has a message that tells you that you may have to wait 45 minutes to 2 hours for your order to show up in your "history." I can't find that informaiton anywhere and am thinking this may be the way this company defrauds the public. I see there are many other complaints about this company. Sincerely,
