They are the worst. I made arrangements to pay my Dish Network bill thru this company on September 2 and September 14. Well the pulled out of my account whenever they wanted. I live from paycheck to paycheck and to do that can be a blow. I was thinking on going back to DishNetwork but for a company to say they have the best customer service and to treat people like that I will never us them again. ER Solutions should be shut down.
