today September 07,2005 my gas was shut off without any notice to me, I don't have a disconnection notice, and the bill is not due as of this date. therefore I just have to do without gas until the landlord come to the building to collect rent which is the first of the month. I am very upset that peoples gas shut my service off because they cannot get in to read the meters, if I pay my bill every month for my unit on the second floor why is my gas off? I need my gas for simple everyday living, if I do not pay my bill I would look for my service to be shut off. This is so unfair to people who pay their bills on time and have to go through this crap.
