Issue: Apple won't replace a lemon iPod with a new one, even though it's brand new. Apple tech support acknowledges product is defective. Keeps pausing while playing music when exposed to slightest of vibration. iPod Customer Care say they will replace with "refurb", even though unit is brand new. Said they will not replace unit with new one. I paid over $400 - full price - for this unit. If I wanted a "refurb" I would have bought one. Apple insists this is their policy – no exceptions - and they will not swap this defective unit for a brand new one. No exceptions. Beware. Bob
