I ordered 10 of the special computers from them on 3 orders ($4000+) as I wanted some configured differently. a day later I got a call from Dell Small Business Group asking if I would want to order more then that on a regular basis and I said I only wanted the 10 right now. He sent me the email with his contact info. a few days later after rec'g ackknowledgments and confirmations for my 3 orders, I was informed that 1 order had shipped and the other 2 had been cancelled. mind you, I had to find out from a 3rd party that the order was cancelled since Dell did not email to me or call or anything.

I called Dell and they said nothing we can do. it is a max of 5 per promo to one address. I said I can have it mailed to another address if you had told me when you called. I said I would place a new order under current promo but would now have to have it shipped fater ($$) and I would like to have it expedited due to Dell Small Business being at fault.

A day later after I placed the new order, the person from Dell called back and said they would not do anything to help. no expedite and no help with the extra shiping cost.

I will find a way to get that additional money out of Dell over time.

I think this is very poor business proactice considering that I am not selling on ebay, I am not marking it up and I have mulitple addresses and just by placing another order I will get them.

I have bought a lot from Dell since the other pc's out therre seem like @#$%@

I will continue to buy from them, but I guarantee I will use every single coupon or discount I can and maybe return a few on them to get back at them for this.

Dell Small Business did not seem to care about me except to ask me for more business then sort of verbally slap me in the face afterwards.
