Motorolla v300 Motorolla v300 September 7, 2005 ok this is not a question this is a complaint. I think you should take the time to sit and read this to see how rediculous it actually is. Back in april i recieved a Motorolla v300 for my birthday it cost about $150 after rebates. Then in July my phone broke so i sent it to you guys and in a bout 2-3 weeks i recived it back. It worked properly, but i soon realized that the prongs in the battery charging hole were missing. So i called you guys up and argued for a long time about it, and you told me it woul cost $70. Which soon you guys said i wouldnt have to pay it since i recieved it broken. So on August 2 i sent my phone BACK to you guys to fix it and was told a new one should arrive in 1-2 weeks. When the 3rd week came we called you up and you told us that you werent sure where my phone was, and you would call us with the info in 72 hours, yeah right so 4 days pass, no call, so we call you. You inform me that you have no record of it, that its gone.
The day i sent it i didnt have enough money to send it priority mail, and without that you said its gone. Is our postal service that bad that i cant even send one package without it getting lost. I send plenty of lettters and they never seam to get lost, and now you guys are telling me that i have to take more of my money that i dont even have and go buy me another cell phone. I just dont think that is right. So dont worry all my friends and family will know t-mobile, but not for a good thing. They can know the truth of how i juss lost $150 with you guys, and have to go buy a new phone.
