Horrible Service at San Jose Public Storage by Manager Jim

My name is Shaw and I live near the Public Storage on 88 Blossom Hill Road (Store: 20471 - San Jose)

The manager on duty was a person named Jim. I approached him regarding Public Storage donating boxes for clothing and supplies for a local Church for Hurricane Katrina Relief support. He was unbelievably rude and said, "I would not donated to your church, even if I could" - he followed by saying that the people in New Orleans were not the only people suffering in this world.

I was appalled and could not believe what I was hearing! What and insensitive, rude, uncaring thing to say given of all the people who have died in this disaster! It is a pity that you have this type of person representing your company. I will never patronize Public Storage again...ever!
