I purchased a microwave hood from Sears in 2002, it is made by Whirlpool, model number 66561627100, I continue to have problem with the door molding breaking and allowing the glass in the door to fall down, and continue to crack. I have tried Sears and have had no luck at them fixing it because it is out of warranty. I have just ordered the fourth piece of molding. I have tried to talk to a human about this but no one has any answers. Is there somewhere else I can go to get some assistance.
