BabybeddingUSA.com, Palm Springs CA I ordered baby furniture an linens online from this company and immediately received an order confirmation and of course, by credit card was charged the full amount. After almost 10 weeks, I have not received anything. Attempts to reach the company have been futile. Queries to their online help system generate a rapid confirmation of the query, however, no one ever responds. Attempts to call the customer service office are useless as no one ever answers the phone, and the voice mailbox is always full and will not take any more messages. I have even written and received confirmation that the letter was received, but no response by the company. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this vendor. Interestingly, the name that showed up on my credit card was Babymajesty.com. It appears that this company has had similar complaints in the past and simply changes its name to babybeddingusa.com.
