My order No. 1259sss I placed an order and was confirmed on Aug. 14, after that I got no any shipping notice. On Aug 29, I made more than 40 times international call to customer service, but still nobody answered my phone, what happened to Customer service. Finally, on Aug. 30, Customer service replied me that they do not ship partial shipments on International orders. Unless the customer specifies they would like to have in stock items shipped. It's been two weeks later.
I immediately asked to ship in stock items and would like to bear any extra charges. Customer service replied me the same day that they had sent a request to release the items that are in stock to ship. Today is Sep. 6, a week past, but I still got no shipping information. I am deeply unsatisfied with Customer service.
I strongly ask them to ship my order immediately by the fastest way or I will cancel my order without paying any charges.
