Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart Wal-Mart September 6, 2005 Name: Elizabeth Location: Salt Lake City, UT I just read the article posted by Email User on September 14, 2003. I second her statements completely. Today is September 6, 2005 and the problem is still not resolved. Here it my complaint: I love shopping at Wal-Mart because they truly have everything you need at the lowest prices. However, the checkout lines are ridiculously long especially when you consider how congested the parking lot and the store is 24/7. Youd think that a store that has millions of customers would open more than 5 out of the 25 checkout lanes. The lines are so long the run into the aisles. It frustrates me when I see so many checkout lanes closed! Yesterday I spent 20 minutes in the checkout lane because it took a manager 15 minutes to get to the flashing light. Also the point this individual made about no one being available to help you is very true or they also dont know where anything is. The signs in Wal-Mart are very user-friendly so I usually never have to ask for help, but when I do I spend 10 minutes trying to find an associate and they end up not knowing what Im asking for or direct me somewhere else. Again I love Wal-Marts convenience and low prices. Thats why they maintain the customer flow; however, they need to be me customer oriented.
