The store is operated by the owners and their family. They all are nice when customers are buying furniture, they tell you everything you want to hear, however, it is all lies. They do not know how to treat their customers, and people in general. At the day of the purchase they told me they had all of the pieces in stock, at the day of the delivery they did not bring all of the pieces, it happened they had to order them from Spain. They said it was going to take two weeks to get them, it has been almost four months and I just found out it will take "at least" month and a half to get the rest of my furniture. Every time I call them to ask about the status of the delivery they tell me: "next month". There is no specific date or assurance I will get my furniture. They even said to stop calling them, they will call when they receive furniture,,, but they did not say when.... Although they did not deliver the whole set, they wanted the whole amount of money, good thing I refused to pay for items I did not received. I would pay and wait forever. They delivered furinture in pieces, assembled them and than when I noticed they were damaged, they did not want to take them back and replace them. I will never buy abything from them again, please do not let them fool you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
