T-Mobile ripoff

T-Mobile ripoff T-Mobile ripoff September 6, 2005 We have had two t-mobile aircards for over a year. The signal continues to drop. I stopped by a store in Oregon and they assured me that a new card would work better. Unlike cell phones, aircard upgrades cost more than original. I decided to try it with the understanding that I could return it to any t-mobile store within 14 days. The aircard was no better than the old one. After 12 days, I went on the website to find a store within 20 miles. I went to several stores including the one designated as a corporate store.
They all refused to take the aircard because they didn't sell them. I tried over 100 times to call t-mobile, but it was impossible to get through, possibly because of Katrina. Finally, I had a friend from Oregon call and it was suggested to try a store in west palm beach. I drove two hours to a store on Northlake and they were able to accept it but refused to credit me because it was now two days past the 14. I had been trying for four days to contact t-mobile by phone and finally by email.
I left the aircard with hopes that the manager would give me the credit, especially after having to drive so far to find a store. I left the sim card in the in the aircard and asked store manager, Micheal Bassinger to give it to a friend who was driving through west palm. He suggested I call t-mobile at 611. After I explained several times, he finally understood that it is not possible to call from an aircard. He supposedly called and told me that customer service would call me. He is the most disrespectful saleperson I have ever spoken with. It is two days later and they have not called. I asked him to give it to my friend or mail it to me and he refused.
He told me that only myself or Nancy must drive two more hours to pick it up in west palm. When I expressed my disbelief, he repeatedly laughed at me. At this time, I have no refund and no service. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any kind of service provider.
