On 9/3/05, I was in my vehicle passing Round Table when I was hit by a hit and run driver who had just left Round Table. I was shaken and entered into the restaraunt to get help, but instead I was ignored. I had to go from establishment to establishment to seek a phone to call 911.

A delivery driver who worked for Round Table, stated three differentd times that he knew who the suspect was, but he could not say anything in front of his boss. The manager intercepted this witness from giving his statement.

The following day, I tried to meet with the manager to ask him questions about this crime. I was screamed at by a supervisor who yelled, "No body saw anything". Then she called the police to have me removed from waiting for the manager, who happend to be 30 minutes late from the time I was told he would be there.

I now suspect that the man who hit me is an employee who works there, or is related to the manager. There has been a great injustice within the company to protect the individual who committed this crime against me.

This establishment is unethical and harboring valid information, that if exposed, a lawsuit will follow. And all those who aid in protecting this man, will be just as guilty as the hit and run driver.

Whatever happened to community service?
