Hello, I also have recently endured an experience I would love to share and will be advertising to all

that I can.. My entire family and I were from southeast Louisiana where Hurricane Katrina has

destroyed our entire city we lived in along with my 2001 Montero Sport. I called my insurance company and filed a claim then proceeded to call MMCA (Mitsubishi Credit of AMERICA..) It should be illegal to use America in their name.. I explained the fact that I evacuated out of the state, have lost the vehicle along with my home and basically trying to survive at this point which is a week after the storm.. First question I was asked is how long it take for the insurance to look at the vehicle.. I told her obviously she wasn't keeping up with her current events considering there is over 30feet of water in the city I used to live in.. I was then told by them that my contract states even though my vehicle was lost I still have to make my normal payments and I was late by 10 days so interest and penalties will be accruing daily to top it off!! I then asked to speak to a manager and of course I got a voice mail. All this after sitting on hold for 2 hours.. I also was not offered any type of gap insurance and frankly have not even heard of it until recently and of coarse as all mitsushiti's the value of my truck is tremendously

lower than owed.. Thanks for you time.
