This weekend my family and I went to spend the three day weekend In the bay area. On September.5, 2005 My sister , husband and my twin boys that are 19 months old and I were shopping at Savers 60 S. Dempsy Rd in Milpitas, Ca. As we were shopping there were many people in the store there was a sale of 50% off on all products.The walkways were full of clothes and toys were ,broken items on the floor , this was all tolerated by me because of the understanding that it was such a BIG SALE!!! A lady came up to me and asked me to leave the store because my twins were crying , she said that a lot of the customers were complaining. I than told her that I was not leaving because I was not finished shopping yet. She replied that I would have to hurry because my boys were screaming too loud. My husband told her that it seemed to only be bothering her. After she walked away my boys were quiet. I than was observing other children in the store crying , screaming, knocking toys down , breaking ceramic items, running in and out of the clothing racks, And this lady did not say a thing to these other parents.And get this my twin boys were sitting in the shopping cart the whole time we were shopping. I believe her name was Minny , I had hered someone call her name. After paying for my items I than asked her if it was store policy to ask customers to leave the store because children are crying? She said yes that they do ask customers to leave. I have been shopping at Malls and other grocery stores and yes children do cry, I have never been asked to leave a store because of this . I was really offended, She is a very rude person, and needs to practice on her customer service skills. I also plan to take this futher and let everyone know to beware of the lady that does not like kids and will kick you out of the store if the are too loud.
