Old Navy, Bailey's Crossroads, VA.. DIRTY AND DISGUSTING

I am writing to complain about the Old Navy store in Bailey's Crossroads, VA. Every time I have shopped at this store in the past year, it has looked like a hurricane went through it. I have never seen such a mess of clothes in my entire life. Heaps and piles of shirts and jeans that you literally have to step over to get across the aisle or look at other clothes. There were also brand new looking Fall clothes that were also in heaps on the floor. It looked like someone went through the shelves of jeans and just pulled them all off and onto the floor.

The employees that were there were just walking around not really doing anything. Why weren't they cleaning up the mess and straightening up the place. I called and complained to the manager back in May and she said that she was new, with a new staff and they were going to work things out to get it better. I called and talked to a brand new manager with a new turn around staff. Obviously they can't keep their employees and the problem cannot be corrected. There is also usually one person working the register with about 10 people waiting in line. I had to leave because the place was so disgusting and dirty. I will never shop there again.
