hp computers / laptops

I turned my laptop into hp while still under warranty for a charging problem, FINE! but I get back a computer (somebody else's problem) in place of mine and now warranty is up and it's not their problem anymore and I'm stuck almost brand-new laptop that won't even turn on. I have several friends who had a similar problem as well and I didn't listen to them. BOTTOM LINE DON'T BUY HP COMPUTERS
