Orbits.com Orbits.com September 6, 2005 Orbits.com Complaint I found better trip for a better price and Im stuck paying for the tickets. Now Im out $500 because I can cancel the flight but not get back and money.

I couldn't get my money back and they wouldn't even waive the fee of 100 person for having to reschedule when I call back. I told them I could provide the death certificate as proof but I got a big NO. So now i have two tickets with Orbits which i paid $400 and when I call to reschedule I have to pay an additional 200 dollars and the price diffrence if any on the flight! I HATE ORBITS, and would never use this website again. First and Last time!
