They do not have an email for complaints, only an online form to fill out and a number. 1-800-228-4722. I have used them for two years. Initially I placed them in my bathrooms to freshen them along with outlets in walls around the house. After two months I noticed a strange decay under the mirror in the bath. The freshener was actually eating the mirror away. I immediately called Airwick and filed an online form complaint. The girl I spoke to asked me if I read the small print on the back of the box that said it had to be 12 inches away from things. Are you crazy I asked. Whose outlet is 12 inches from their mirror?? Of course I never read this I said to her, "I threw the box out immediately!" She said "Oops your problem then." I asked her "How can you advertise it to freshen a bath knowing this can be a problem?" She said "Sue us, it's on the box" She then said Goodbye and hung up on me. I immediately moved these fresheners to outlets in the walls only. A month ago I noticed the paint was decaying on my window sill which is easily 12 inches away. I called again and was told that they can not assure that any items above the device will not be damaged. I was infuriated and asked to speak to a manager. I was told no one could speak to me. They took my number and no one has ever called me back. This is horrible and others should not use this product.

I purchased the airwick outlet a few weeks ago excited to finally have a fresh smelling room all the time. This worked wonderfully the first week and then it stopped being in effect. The liquid was still in the glass for several weeks later, but the room did no longer smell like vanilla. I would like a replacement product that actually smells for longer than a week! I paid $7.00 for a week’s worth. I will not be buying your products any longer and will warn all my friends about this if I do not get a product that will redeem itself. Thank you for your time.
