I have been a Sears customer for 43 years. I have always appreciated Sears excellent values and its superb after sales service. Sears had deservingly earned my trust over four decades -- a trust that Sears has now brutally violated.
During April 2004, I purchased a replacement central home air conditioning system from Sears for my home in Boca Raton, Florida. Sears sales representative recommended a Carrier Infinity System. Since the very day of installation, my experience with Sears regarding this purchase has been nothing less than a nightmare.
The following is a summary of the ordeal that I have experienced:
