FREE credit report

My complaint is that I was charged $79.95 for a FREE credit report. I was given the number 800-220-2626 in CA, and then given another number of 888-988-2229, and to speak with a representative at ext 2, it stated they were closed and no one available to speak to resolve the complaint.

I want my credit card credited the $79.95 ASAP, therefore, I need someone to assist me in getting that accomplish.
