Sears Product Repair - In Home Sears Product Repair - In Home September 29, 2005 Tracking number: UTssss Obviously, you didn't get the point. Asking customers to go a week without hot water is not reasonable under any circumstances. Apparently I am not the only one who has similar problems with the Power Miser PM12 water heater. I accidentally found this link to a posting from another un-satisified customer at complaints.com. The link is http://www.complaints.com/directory/2004/november/8/24.htm. He described the same problem that I have and paid to have it fixed. Besides your lousy service, it sounds like there is a design problem with the PM12 water heater and the problem may occur frequently and Sears is avoiding dealing with the problem to conrol costs. Like I said in my earlier email, it will be very along time before I pay that litle extra for another Kenmore product because I expect good service. I now know I am not going to get that.
