I have been a subscriber to ADT through the about dealer for six years. Never been later, never been cut off and I have moved 4 times in that time. I moved again last June. I still have the alarm monitored to this day. Last week I find that relaible Security has lsited my account with Equifax as a write off ! My credit is good, never later with anyone. When I called the charming Robby at reliable she never called back. My partner got her finalyy and she sd she'd fix it and call back. Nothing.

Yesterday my partner got her on the phone again and Robby lied outright and said she had talked to me and cleared it up. i've never talked to her. i got on the phone and she denied saying that! Then proceeded to tel me she would not adress this at all and I could go after ADT. Reliable is the company that is listing the charge off. She was rude and ignorant.

I faxed a letter to the president of the company for a retraction letter but have been ignored.

Unfortunately, I have an attorney filing a lawsuit today, but I have to pay money to get these people to correct thier mistakes. PATHETIC...
