RE: Kitchen Expo, 950 Durham Road, Edison, New Jersey 08817 (kitchen cabinet distributors in New Jersey) - Terrible quality control, terrible customer service, terrible sales practices To Whom It May Concern: We've been having a lot of trouble with the company mentioned above and are trying all avenues available to come to a conclusion. We purchased and paid in full kitchen cabinets and countertops from Kitchen Expo for $17,460. As per their requirements we paid for everything in full before a single item was delivered. The delivery resulted in a number of incorrect, defective or missing pieces. Some of the items supplied do not match the cabinet style yet Kitchen Expo refuses to provide an adequate solution that would not cost us further. Prior to placing our order with Kitchen Expo, they never informed us that this would be the case. They are denying some of the design plan which would also result in additional cost to us if we want our kitchen completed.

 

We've been in constant communication in an effort to resolve everything since 5/15/05 (two days after the main delivery. We have had to beg and argue to try to get our issues resolved. They offer the correct lip service yet not the correct resolution. We've received 3 "replacement deliveries". These deliveries have had up to 85% of the items rejected due to quality issues. Kitchen Expo claim's to be inspecting pieces yet what we receive has obviously not been inspected.

 

We've had our attorney write a number of letters. We've been pleading for over 4 1/2 months.

These people are not providing genuine customer service now that they have received all of our money. We're completely at their mercy. If they cared we wouldn't be having the same problems repeated over and over. We're having to fight for every little piece of resolution and feel that this is NOT what we agreed to be paying for. We did our part of the agreement by paying them when they expected to be paid. They are NOT doing their part of the agreement.

PLEASE HELP US.

Sorry you are having so much trouble with them, but you may have saved me a bundle! I won't be buying my cabinets there now! You can tell them they are losing business over their bullshit!
