Danbury Mint / Sale of "Collectibles" Danbury Mint / Sale of "Collectibles" September 29, 2005 Danbury Mint is a catalog/Internet company and they have the worst Customer Service Department I have ever dealt with for such a big company. I can't get answers to when items will ship, I receive items I never ordered and when you actually talk to one of these "employees" the have an attitude. Nothing will make me order from them again. I've been told I was lying and I've been told items I ordered didn't exist. They are positively the worst. I actually received about two hundred dollars worth of coins I hadn't ordered and then was accused of keeping them until I just happened to have my registered mail receipt. I have also documented all of this. I actually told them at one point they had a good customer Service Department but that is no longer the truth. People be warned, they could care less about their customers.
