Danbury Mint / Sale of "Collectibles" Danbury Mint / Sale of "Collectibles" September 29, 2005 Danbury Mint is a catalog/Internet company and they have the worst Customer Service Department I have ever dealt with for such a big company. I can't get answers to when items will ship, I receive items I never ordered and when you actually talk to one of these "employees" the have an attitude. Nothing will make me order from them again. I've been told I was lying and I've been told items I ordered didn't exist. They are positively the worst. I actually received about two hundred dollars worth of coins I hadn't ordered and then was accused of keeping them until I just happened to have my registered mail receipt. I have also documented all of this. I actually told them at one point they had a good customer Service Department but that is no longer the truth. People be warned, they could care less about their customers.
Terrie Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Friday, 30-Sep-05 00:00:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On Thishey glad somebody's getting the word out about these people. i responded to an offer from Danbury mint and they sent my trading card. they charged it to my bank card then before i knew it they had charged an additional charge to my card but without requesting authorization. it wasnt till later that i found out they had sent a package which i had not recieved a bill for it. after they had then i disputed this. this lead to account balance problems. it would be advisable for anyone planning to place an order it would probably be better to find another company to send for collectables.
