I purchased a Frigidaire washer model FWS747RFSl in 1999. The underside above the tub has rusted to the point where I am finding large chunks of rust frequently deposited in the bottom of the tub after a wash load. I e-mailed the company, this is a quality issue easily solved by coating the underside with rust proofing. They ignored my complaint and said it was a cosmetic issue. I don't think rust in with my wash load is a cosmetic issue!
