CINGULAR CINGULAR September 29, 2005 complaint IS ABOUT CINGULAR POLICY SERVICE AT MAIN OFFICE IN FLORIDA I ASSUME. I WANTED TO DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE WITH CINGULAR AS I WAS RELOCATING TO ANOTHER STATE SO I CALLED AND ASK TO DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE AND I WAS ADVISED EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY THREE DAYS INTO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE I WOULD BE BILLED FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER AND WOULD NOT BE PRORATED ALTHOUGH I WOULD NOT BE USING THE SERVICE FOR OCTOBER. IT"S IN THE TERMS OF CONTRACT WHICH I WAS NOT INFORMED BY THE SALESMAN. I INSIST YOU RE EDUCATE ALL YOUR SALESMAN ON THIS TERM SO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE DUPED AS I WAS. THIS EXPERIENCE WILL SURELY CAUSE ME TO READ EVERY WORK IN CONTRACTS OF ANY SOURCE BEFORE I SIGN. MY CONCLUSION IS CINGULAR IS NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT ONLY FEEDING THEIR GREEDY POCKETS.
