My complaint is about Taking money from me without my authority even when I cancelled in march 11 of this year. I spoke to one of the ladies on the phone her name was Shabah and she refused to give me a quote and she was very rude . I canelled and when I called back she said they had no record of it and when I said I wanted my money back she told me I would be lucky to even get a cent out of this company and that I would'nt get my money back that you guys hah taken from me.
