I would like to place a complaint againt auto maxx, first of all they are very misleading they, are using the name of auto max the differance is theres is spelled with 2x's instead of 1 the also go by the name of G&G autos, they are very rude to the customers and they treat people less then human, they lied and told me that they did a repair on my vehicle and was charging me 580.00 i asked them what was this for they said they put a alternator on my car informed them that i had just got a alternator on my vehicle so that could not have been the problem asked them why didn't they call me before doing the repairs they told me that they didn't have to, i asked to see a copy of the receipt to show the labor they told me that they didn't have one would have to get it t his happened 02/28/05 i had to keep calling until the finally on june 16 2005 sent me a receipt for 272.00 stating that 272.00 was for the repairs and 100.00 was for the tow service. the manager over there said that he hates dealing with black people because they never want to pay. which i found to be verr offensive. and also how did the repairs drop from 580.00 to 272.00, they started taking money from my car payment and placing it toward the repairs and call my home everyday sometimes 2x a day stating that i am delinquent on my car payment which i never gave them permission to take money from my car payment these people are rip offs and they are selling high milage cars for the price of a new on, with numerous problem my car had been in a wrech that was not disclosed to me. I hate I ever did business with them I have a 97 ford expedition with 186000.00 miles on it that needs tremendous amount of work, and still owe 17,0000 on the vehicle. they do not report to the credit bureau unless you they pick up the vehicle, which i feel is contradictive. this company from my opinion needs to be shut down.

I think this stuff is hilarious, car dealers cant see the future, they don't know when a car is going to break down. A used car is just like the human body, some are better than others, they all have problems, and some are terminally ill. I swear if people had to buy their bodies from a higher power they would be complaining about them too and trying to sue the almighty. TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU TO BUY A CAR THAT IS A MECHANIC, OR DRIVE IT TO A MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY IT! IF YOU THINK THE CAR IS TO HIGH PRICED, DONT BUY IT! People buy cars on looks alone, you can have a piece of junk sitting there that looks cool or they think they will look good driving it and they will buy it. You can have a darn good running car sitting there thats not cool looking or old ladish and they won't buy it. Plane and simple people are to concerned about their appearance toward others than what they are better off with. Bottom line, people are stupid and you cant fix them.

This is so funny! I remember this! I worked for AutoMAXX at the time when the dude blew up the firebird! He was trying to race a new Corvette in a like 6 year old used 02 Firebird....blew the motor..ya think? He even admitted at the first of his post that the car ran good when he got it!

acutally, AutoMAXX with two x's has been around for 20 years and had their name registered with the state BEFORE any other company did.

They ripped me off to. fI bought a 02 firebird from them. The car ran great. Then on day It developet a lite ticking in the motor. I called the they said oh we will fix it and add the cost to the end of the note.

But when it got there the motor went from a light tick to a totaly trashed motor. Their tow truck driver asked me if he could play with it be for he delivered it, I told him NO. I'm a singal parent and need this car asap.

That idiot did it anyway cause it left my house with a tick and then was trash. They said he told them I was racing a vet when it blew. Now, Why would I race a vet with a 6 cylindar car? I has a whitness to my conversation with the guy but they refused to fix my car.

Then wouldn't let me get my belongings out of it when I told them to keep it.
