about 2 months ago my family purchessed 2 storm doors from home depot,first we start receiving calls to pick the doors up!when we called back they said the doors havent arrived yet!after the doors arrived we picked them up.the first installer came and didnt know how to install the storm doors on aluminum!dont they tell their installer what kind of sidings on the house that they will be working on? the second installer said that ther were parts missing.in the mean time another week has passed we are still waiting on parts!finally the parts arrived,had to wait 2 more weeks!finally we were scheduled and guess what!nocall!no show!when he finally arrived,all of the parts were not there!!in between i've talked to every one!from the installers to corp.NOTHING!!I STILL HAVE A DOOR LAYING ON MY PARENTS PORCH!i was told 2 days ago that they just sent out for the part i needed for the front door!!this is crazy!i will be going to the bbb & howard aims our home look like we live in a worn down trailor park !!
