Individual Software has a web site that says you can email your complaint and get an answer. I am very hard to reach by phone, so I use the email system. I email them because 3D Total Home gets updated every year, but the product itself gets worse. They never fix any of the old problems and in some cases, their new product creates new problems (the old product had walls inside the single fireplace front, but the new product you can no longer change the fabrics on the items as you could with the old and now the stairs won't place properly in the plans).
I tried to get tech support and was told that there was no answer to my problems. So I asked when they would offer a fix to these and other problems. I never received an answer. I asked if I could get a copy of my old 3D Total Home because it worked better than the new one and I could not locate my old copy after I installed their new copy. I still have not received an answer.
They say that they guarantee their product, but once they got my money, I can't get anyone to answer my email.
If you have version 6.0 of this product keep it. Don't upgarde, because it won't work as well as the old one.
