I had been having issues with DLL files on my computer. -HEALTHY COMPUTER CLUB. COM has on-line ads all over the Internet

( Google.com, etc.) stating that their software PC RESCUE

will FIX ALL DLL problems . Because of this promise and in good faith I entered my credit card # to unlock the software's functionality, to allow the fixes to be completed on my computer. The software did not correct the errors on my computer as promised, when I contacted this company in several emails -- they flatly refused to honor their commitment--I was then told that their refund policy is listed on their "HELP" page. Now understanding that most consumers will go to a HELP page for a company/software only when they actually are in need of assistance, I believe that this is a SCAM - healthycomputerclub.com obviously knows that there are flaws in their software and believe this is a way around proper and fair business practices! I would be interested to know how many other consumers have gone through this same lack of common business courtesy and etiquette practices with this company
