I purchased 19" Gem LCD Monitor from Ecost.com which had $70 rebate. I did not receieve the rebate after 2 months. When I called to find out, they said wait 2 more weeks. I never got the rebate after 2 weeks, and when I called again they said it would take two more weeks.

 

I am very frustrated by their customer "no service". The customer service representative (Mike) was EXTRMENLY RUDE and hung up twice on me.

 

If I do not get my money back, I will sue Panacer and Mike. I will also report this to Consumer Bureau.
