www.Gotham City.com took my money and did not send product!

The above referenced site is an online shoe store out of New York and New Jersey. I ordered 2l pairs of shoes through their site using my Visa card in July. I received the second pair I ordered within three weeks, but not the first. I called and was told not to worry about it, it could take up to 6 weeks.

Here it is, almost October, and I have been trying unsuccessfully to get in contact with the site. I email, I call, I leave messages--all to no response. Finally, after sitting on hold for ten mins, I got contact with a customer service rep who told me the shoes I ordered were shipped by their warehouse with a pair of white Candies in the same box. I told her I received the white Candies, but they were the only pair in the box. She said there was nothing she could do, "Accounting" would have to "investigate it." I demanded a refund be made to my Visa, and again she told me there was nothing she could do.

So here I am, out the money I paid for the product with no product. I am so frustrated I want to warn everyone: DON'T BUY YOUR SHOES FROM GOTHAM CITY! They will ignore you and not respond when and if something goes wrong. Krysta Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User
