Hello,

Below is a brief description of the problems I experienced with allstarrims.com also known as all star tire located at 15705 Arrow Highway Suite 1 Irwindale, CA 91706.

I attempted to purchase a set of 4 wheels from Allstar over 1.5 months ago. When I placed my order, they told me the product was backordered, but they would have the product in house within 10 days. After the 10 days was up, I phoned them back and was informed the product had still not arrived. I waited another business week and phoned the company again. They then informed me that the distributor had no idea when the product would be available. I patiently waited for another week and the product supposedly was still backordered.

At that point, I began phoning allstar on a near daily basis to get a status. When I phoned, they were reluctant to give me any information and always asked if they could call me back...I never received a single phone call back from the company. I continued to phone them daily and was backburnered until I finally lost my patience and canceled the order.

The company made failed attempts to keep my business by offering me similar products, but when I asked if they were in stock, no one was able to find them and they never called me back to arrange to send a similar product.

Buyer beware...this company has no idea what the concept of customer service is. They left me hanging and never made an honest attempt to save my business or treat me like a paying customer. I asked for my order to be canceled and will update complaints.com immediately if they fail to refund my money in a timely fashion. If they do refund my money in a timely fashion, I will update this post to reflect that they are not an online SCAM...simply fail miserably in customer service.
